From within GRSA2, there is a need for a future-proof solution to support municipal tax assessment, the complete WOZ process, and the public-law collection of municipal taxes. The current agreement for support of these processes expires on 31 December 2027. To ensure continuity of the service and to provide future-proof support, this European procurement procedure is being carried out. In this regard, GRSA2 is seeking a reliable solution that aligns with the current and future way of working and offers scope for further digitisation, automation, and improvement of information provision.
