TENDER DESCRIPTION

We have held a framework agreement for the supply of standard software licenses for some time, which expires in November 2026. To ensure that we can continue to lawfully and efficiently meet the acquisition of software licenses in the coming years, the aforementioned agreement is being retendered. We are looking for a supplier (reseller) who can provide the supply of standard software licenses and related services (according to the requirements set out in the attached Program of Requirements). This supplier must provide independent, appropriate, and qualitative advice that is in our best interest. See Tender Documents. The estimated value of the contract is €260,000 (excl. VAT) per year. The total estimated value over the maximum term of four (4) years is €1,040,000 (excl. VAT). In the event that we exceed more than 200% above the above estimated total contract value, a new tender will be initiated. The maximum procurement under the Framework Agreement therefore amounts to €2,080,000 (excl. VAT).
