TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support market development, our algorithms must be implemented on standard PC platforms, ported to embedded hardware, and, in part, demonstrated and tested in real time. The modular structure of the software libraries and their development across organizational units, as well as the complex and prototype-oriented nature of the project work with frequently changing requirements necessitate close cooperation between the contractor and the project managers of the various working groups. Therefore, some of the described tasks are to be carried out at the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits in Erlangen-Tennenlohe, in order to enable direct coordination with project management and the contractor. As a rule, planning meetings are held on site once per week in the institute’s building. In addition, flexibility in working hours is required in order to be able to respond promptly to urgent adjustments, as well as willingness to undertake national and international business trips.
