The subject of the public procurement is the construction of a replacement structure of the Javorje Subordinate School building that was damaged in the August 2023 weather disaster. As part of the investment, the construction of a new building is planned with a total floor area of approximately 2,650.85 m² for the needs of the subordinate school, kindergarten, and social activities in the settlement of Javorje, together with the implementation of the associated external site works, retaining walls, fences, municipal utility and other infrastructure, and all other works, supplies, and equipment as arising from the project documentation and bills of quantities. When carrying out the construction work, environmental aspects are taken into account.
