TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract has as its purpose the acquisition of usage rights for a software internal controls solution deployed exclusively in On Premise mode within the Malakoff Humanis infrastructures, together with the associated services necessary for its integration into the Malakoff Humanis Information System, its installation, its configuration, commissioning, maintenance, support, training and reversibility and, if applicable, specific developments. The tenderer may propose a marketing model in the form of a perpetual licence (purchase) or a subscription/subscription model, without any modification to the On Premise deployment mode.
