The contract has an initial duration of 36 months. The starting point for this initial duration is determined by UGAP and communicated to the contractor no later than six months after the framework agreement notification. If this communication does not occur within this timeframe, the starting point is the day after the six-month period expires. The framework agreement can be tacitly renewed for two periods of 6 months each. The total duration of the framework agreement, including all renewal periods, cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Submission of procedures and other documents detailing the functional, technical, and organizational framework: no later than 1 month following contract notification.
• Project deployment phases, including a framing meeting and establishment of planning, bi-weekly project follow-up meetings, and a finalization meeting presenting the deployed solution. Site visits are also included for each phase.
• Reports and statistics submission: every 3 months, starting from the 3rd month after the contract execution start date.
• Steering meetings: every 6 months, starting from the 6th month after the contract execution start date.
• Transmission of the draft meeting report: 5 working days from the meeting date.
• Transmission of the validated meeting report: 3 working days from UGAP's feedback.

Specific services may have varying durations:

• Certain services run for 1, 3, or 5 years from the reception date of the concerned equipment.
• Maintenance services run for 3 or 5 years from the reception date of the concerned equipment.
• Maintenance takeover services run for 3 or 5 years from the takeover date, which cannot be earlier than the order date and takes effect at the latest 4 weeks after the takeover date.
