TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to connect the C2T power transformer to the Soo 110/10 kV substation (LC0387) and the related works located at Raba tn 2, Võru city. Carry out the works in accordance with the procurement’s basic documents. The deadline for performing the works is 19.07.2028. The C2T power transformer together with its accessories is included in the contracting authority’s delivery scope. The contracting authority will organise a site familiarisation for interested parties on 13.10.2026 from 11:00 to 12:00 (see the basic document “Soo AJ. Information about site familiarisation”, which includes registration information). If there are no registered participants, the site familiarisation will be cancelled. If possible and necessary, the contract for procurement may be concluded before the expected start date of the contract validity published in the general information about the procurement. If the procurement procedure is extended beyond that time, the contract may also be concluded after the expected start date of the contract validity published in the general information about the procurement.
