TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the provision of specialised services that will make it possible to support, evolve and strengthen the Value Delivery Office (VMO) of the DGDIA, as well as the implementation of a new ICT project management platform integrated into the corporate environment. The scope covers a broad set of technical, organisational and methodological activities, detailed below, necessary to achieve the transformation and improvement of the current project management ecosystem.
