The contract becomes valid on the day it is signed by both parties and becomes effective on the day following its publication in the Central Register of Contracts. The contract terminates upon the proper and timely fulfillment of the obligations of the contracting parties. The fundamental and determining element of this delivery is a unified management, access, reservation, and control system (Technology of Management), which must ensure full functional compatibility, integration, and interoperability of all technological units, specifically: Presentation Room, Conference Room, Internet of Things Laboratory, and Sixinolab 4.0.

• Delivery of Goods: This encompasses various IT equipment and components such as teaching aids and equipment, computer equipment, network devices, television and audiovisual equipment, video conferencing equipment, servers, and electronic devices.
• Services and Works: These are to be performed with professional care and include:
• Assembly (composition) of goods.
• Installation of goods at the delivery site and commissioning.
• Initial, complete training of designated personnel.
• Installation of associated software.
• Hardware and software compatibility settings, optimization, and configuration.
• Ensuring interoperability of all components.
• Transport to the place of performance and consultation on precise placement.
• Specific Technological Components and Systems:
• A Management, Control, and Monitoring system (Technology of Management), including hardware, software, and related services. This system incorporates a gallery, reservation system, information system for corridors, Industry 4.0 screens, a communication platform, audio-video conferencing equipment, and an access system.
• IoT Platform License with 2 years of support, allowing an unlimited number of users and unlimited validity.
• Licenses for training materials with unlimited validity, covering topics such as climate quality in classrooms, smart flowerpots/terrariums, electricity consumption measurement, weather stations with outdoor cameras, and street lighting control.
• Provision of devices and accessories for the IoT laboratory, including single-board computers and various sensors.
• A reservation system for rooms with touchscreen panels and a centralized administration interface.
• Digital signage technology for corridors.
• Audio-Video conferencing equipment (Model A and Model B).
• Compliance: All services and works must adhere to the technical specification of the subject of the contract, tender documents, their annexes, and the draft framework agreement, ensuring functional, technical, and quality requirements are met.
