TENDER DESCRIPTION

Home care for families with children is provided as a service under the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014 § 18 a), and home care refers to carrying out or assisting with tasks and activities that belong to everyday life, including accommodation, care and supervision, maintaining functional capacity, childcare and upbringing, errands and other tasks and activities that are part of everyday life. The service is procured mainly on weekdays. Service procurement may occasionally be on weekends and at night. The aim of the activity is to help and support the family in coping with various everyday situations. Home care is provided based on illness, childbirth, injury, or another similar reason that reduces functional capacity, or based on a special family or life situation, to those persons who need help in coping with the tasks and activities referred to above.
