TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the subscription and management of an insurance contract covering the statutory risks of the agents of the Community of Communes Entr'Allier Besbre et Loire. The subscriber wishes to subscribe to a contract covering the statutory benefits for which it is responsible with regard to the personnel affiliated with the CNRACL. This concerns the following guarantees: * DEATH * ACCIDENTS AND ILLNESSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO SERVICE without deductible * LONG-TERM ILLNESS OR LONG ILLNESS without deductible * MATERNITY PATERNITY without deductible * ORDINARY ILLNESS with a deductible of 30 days per stoppage
