TENDER DESCRIPTION
As of 01.01.2027 at 0:00 a.m., the contractor shall assume for the contracting authority responsibility for the social care of foreign nationals who are (or are intended to be) accommodated decentrally in apartments in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte in the former district of Mecklenburg-Strelitz and Neubrandenburg. The decentralized care is to be designed primarily as outreach services for the currently approx. 250 persons to be cared for (the exact number may change by the start of the contract).
