TENDER DESCRIPTION

The late resettlers, asylum applicants and refugees living in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district who are outside of community shelters have a legal entitlement to municipality-based social counselling and support specific to migration pursuant to § 12(1) sentence 1 of the State Reception Act of Brandenburg (LAufnG) in conjunction with § 13 of the Ordinance on Implementation (LaufnGDV). The service includes municipality-based social counselling and support specific to migration of late resettlers, asylum applicants and refugees in the form of counselling sessions and accompanying them during consultation hours that are reasonably accessible and also in their own place of residence. The allocation of the asylum applicants and refugees to be supported is carried out by the Potsdam-Mittelmark district. The service also includes the initial reception of people newly assigned to the district from the Central Initial Reception Facility. Lot 1 comprises 90 clients. Remuneration shall be paid for at least 60 percent of the clients stated in the lot and price schedule.
