TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement includes framework agreements regarding the manufacture, delivery and installation of special fittings and special carpentry for the operations of Sweden’s Courts. The assignments primarily concern specially adapted negotiation tables and other fixed interior fittings adapted to operational needs for negotiation rooms. The products covered by the framework agreement constitute qualified carpentry work with high requirements for selection of materials, workmanship, detailed machining, precision and surface finishing. The negotiation tables are custom designed for each premises and must include adaptations for the court’s technical installations. As an example of the nature and scope of the assignments, example documentation is attached. Most call-offs concern assignments of corresponding scope and documentation. The assignments are normally carried out as part of larger refurbishment or new-build contracts in which the special carpentry must be coordinated with the other contractors and installations.
