The agreement's total duration is 24 months. The agreement becomes effective upon its signing by all parties and remains valid for 24 months, or until the sum mentioned in point 1.5 of the Agreement is reached, whichever occurs first.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of specialized medical transport services for both sitting and lying patients.

The key deliverables and conditions include:

• Service Duration: The contract is for a period of 24 months.
• Patient Waiting Time: For round-trip routes, a patient waiting time of up to 3 hours must be provided.
• Transport Ordering: Transport must be ordered no later than 8 hours in advance.
• Vehicle Equipment: Required technical equipment for vehicles includes a chair, bed, ramps/lifts for wheelchair users, an oxygen cylinder, and other medical equipment options.
• Medical Escort: Medical escorting should be provided if necessary.
• Availability: The service must be available from Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Full Service Cycle: The service encompasses a full cycle of specialized medical transport, including patient carrying, safe transportation and support during travel, and ensuring transfer from bed to bed.
