The subject of procurement is a special tow vehicle according to the technical specifications (Annex 1 and Annex 2). CPV code and title: 34142000 DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT SUBJECT: The vehicle is intended for towing vehicles of public urban transport: tram and bus vehicles that are out of order. The vehicle offered and to be delivered must be fully manufactured in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and EU directives: • Rulebook on the technical conditions of vehicles in road traffic (NN 85/16, 24/17, 70/19 60/20, 79/23, 5/25), • Road Transport Act (NN 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21, 114/22, 136/24), • Act on the Promotion of Clean Vehicles in Road Transport (NN 52/21) The vehicle that is the subject of this procurement falls under the category of vehicles N3G. At the handover of the vehicle, the economic operator must provide the contracting authority with evidence that, for the vehicle with installed equipment, type approval has been carried out, i.e. that the vehicle has undergone the procedure for determining compliance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
