TENDER DESCRIPTION

SPECIALIST CARE SERVICES INCLUDING SERVICES PROVIDED TO PERSONS WITH MENTAL DISORDERS FOR MOPS CLIENTS IN MYSŁOWICE IN 2027 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of specialist care services, including for persons with mental disorders, pursuant to Article 50 of the Act on Social Assistance, and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of 22 September 2005 on specialist care services. 1.1 Specialist care services include, within their scope: • teaching and developing skills necessary for independent living, • care — as support for the treatment process, • physical rehabilitation and improving disturbed functions of the body to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of 27 August 2004 on healthcare benefits financed from public funds (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 1461), • accommodation assistance.
