TENDER DESCRIPTION
By applying this procedure, the contracting authority intends to award a supply contract for the purchase of independent research equipment: Optical Emission Spectrometer with Inductively Coupled Plasma - 1 unit (according to the specifications), CPV Code: 38433210-4 During the execution of the contract, the contractor's activity will be guided by the following principles: i. The contractor acts in the interest of the contracting authority for the duration of the product supply, under the conditions and within the limits described in the documentation related to this awarding procedure; ii. The contractor acts in order to achieve the objectives presented for the contract regarding the optimization of the use of resources necessary to fulfill the contract objectives.
