Type and scope of the service (general contractor services) The subject of the award is the turn-key realization of a construction project as part of a general contractor service, including planning, construction execution and coordination of all trades using the BIM method. The contractor (AN) will be provided with a BIM model (IFC/Revit) and planning documents. The detailed design (LPH 5 HOAI) is to be continued, completed and converted into trade-specific work and installation plans. All planning must be released for execution by the client/general planner prior to construction. After completion, an as-built model is to be provided.
