- Removal of damaged pointing from lime and cement mortar, loose mortar pieces and other contamination - Hand repairs of opened cracks and joints in masonry walls and vaults - Core drilling and installation of masonry anchors and pin anchors - Grouting work via injection ports - Re-masonry to provide a keyed bond for defective areas in the masonry - 17 pcs of anchoring by means of anchor plates embedded in the masonry - 4 pcs of anchoring as blind-hole anchors by means of pre-grouted anchor rods - 10 inspection openings of the end anchoring section of the blind-hole anchors - Vault restoration including installation of tension anchors and masonry anchors - Approx. 200 pcs installation of the anchor plate and tightening of the nuts for flat-iron anchoring of beams of wooden beam ceilings in the masonry to establish the stability and safety of the load-bearing structure (restoration of the wooden beam ceilings is carried out on site by the client) Expertise: At least 3 references to already completed monument preservation projects (see the “Object description” shown in the bill of quantities) of comparable difficulty in the last 8 years
