- Removal of defective pointing/mortar joints made of lime and cement mortar, loose spalling/mortar fragments and other contamination - Hand repairs of opened cracks and joints in masonry walls and vaults - Core drilling and setting masonry and dowel anchors - Injection grouting works via injection nipples - Rebuilding of defective sections in the masonry in a force-locking manner - 17 units of anchoring using anchor plates embedded in the masonry - 4 units of anchoring as blind-hole anchors using a pre-injected anchor strand - 10 inspection openings for the end anchoring section of the blind-hole anchors - Vault repair with installation of tension anchors, wall anchors - Approx. 200 units of installing the anchor plate and tightening the nuts for flat-iron anchoring of beams of the timber beam ceilings into the masonry in order to establish the stability and safety of the structure (repair of the timber beam ceilings is carried out by the client on-site) Specialist knowledge: At least 3 references to previously completed monument protection projects (see the “Description of the object” shown in the bill of quantities) of comparable difficulty within the last 8 years - Removal…
