TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks the supply, installation, and commissioning of a single spinning disk confocal microscope with multiplexing capacity, accompanied by comprehensive training, maintenance, support, and spare parts. The required system must be a fully motorized inverted microscope stand supporting both Spinning Disk (SD) and Widefield (WF) modes, capable of 5D imaging, tiled/mosaic imaging with automatic stitching, and smart microscopy, while also accommodating various objective types including air, water, silicone, and oil. Essential technical specifications include a Swedish backlit keyboard on the provided computer, compliance with the Swedish electrical system (220-240V or 400V, 50 Hz), and documentation and support exclusively in English and electronic format. Furthermore, the procurement includes several optional purchases such as extended service agreements, additional objectives, a Piezo Z stage, and enhanced imaging functionalities. Tenderers are required to demonstrate financial stability with a risk rating equivalent to at least "medium risk" (40 points) from Creditsafe or an equivalent agency, and the supplier must guarantee spare parts and support for a minimum of ten…
TENDER BRIEF
The agreement is valid from the time it is signed by both parties and remains valid until all obligations have been fulfilled. The start and end dates indicated in the header of the agreement document are administrative and do not have legal effect if they contradict the agreement start and agreement periods specified in any clause of the Agreement.
Key milestones or phases include:
- A contract standstill period of at least 10 days after the award decision, after which an agreement will be signed, making it legally binding.
- The Supplier must provide an option for the purchase of a full-service agreement covering a period of one (1) year following the expiry of the warranty period.
- The Supplier guarantees the supply of spare parts, accessories, and support for at least ten (10) years after the expiration of the Agreement.
- Updates of software and hardware concerning personal safety are included at no cost as long as the instrument is in use, provided it is covered by a service contract.
