TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework service contract with a business for seasonal (spring and autumn) maintenance, leak testing, and ad hoc fault rectification of split air-conditioning units and VRV-VRF (GMV) systems operated at the PTE sites for a period of 36 months, or until the framework amount is exhausted. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place an order for 70% of the total framework amount. In addition, the Contracting Authority is not obliged to exhaust the full framework amount, and the Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that, beyond the ordering obligation, the framework amount not used may not be claimed by the successful tenderer as damages against the Contracting Authority.
