TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework agreement for four years for the time-limited provision of the standard software Splunk Enterprise Core and Splunk Enterprise Security as an on-premises solution, the extension of maintenance and support services for the client’s existing on-premises perpetual licences, and the provision of call-off advisory and support services in the context of the Splunk product portfolio. Splunk Enterprise is a software product for recording and analysing machine data (logs). Splunk Enterprise Security is the SIEM solution (Security Information and Event Management) built on top of it. The usage rights, associated maintenance services and advisory services are to be granted to all companies that are affiliated with Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH and/or its subsidiary companies in accordance with §§ 15 et seq. AktG (Annex 6 to the contract), and to such companies that emerge from these companies. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a contracting party.
