TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract involves inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and supplying sports equipment within the municipal sports facilities, as well as maintaining, supplying, and relocating rolling sports equipment (hereinafter the entire contract will be referred to as: Sports Equipment). The various parts of the contract are closely related both substantively and organizationally. The contract includes the following components: Preparation of MJOP and MJIP Inspection of sports equipment Repair of sports equipment Supply of sports equipment Instruction of sports equipment Supply of rolling sports equipment Didactic and functional framework Logistics, quality, and management Instruction of rolling sports equipment Preparation of the Agreement and Procedures Dossier (DAP) Portal or dashboard functionality Sustainable and circular procurement of sports equipment The estimated contract value of the Framework Agreement is €520,000 over the entire term, including extension options. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from these expectations.
