TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Offenburg intends to establish a sports park south of Offenburg. The focus is on creating a connecting and landscape-integrated place of movement as a park landscape, which provides a variety of sports and recreational offerings oriented both towards club sports and non-club activities for diverse age groups. The new stadium including the stands, functional buildings, and training grounds will be an integral and natural part of this landscape. Path axes cross the area in north-south and east-west directions. As the center of the sports park, the new OFV stadium is embedded in the landscape-shaped grass and meadow slopes and interlinked with them. The use of fruit and wild fruit trees transfers the image of the cultural landscape into the park landscape. The scope of this tender is the construction of a deep well to supply the construction measure with utility water for irrigation of the sports and park facilities as well as for fire-fighting water supply.
