The subject of the contract is the service of preparing draft decisions on the determination of the location of a public-purpose investment or on development and land-use conditions for the Municipality of Mrągowo, as referred to in Article 4(2) of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Polish Journal of Laws 2026.538, as amended). 2.
