1. The scope of the task includes preparation of complete design documentation based on the completed inventory and assessment of the technical condition for: 1.1. Comprehensive redevelopment of the building at ul. Strzemieszycka 390 in Dąbrowa Górnicza, including: • separation and adaptation of a pre-school unit, • construction of a kitchen together with full food-service technology, • construction of a lift shaft and a lift, • full modernization of the structure, installations and building thermomodernization, along with adapting the building to applicable regulations, including fire protection (p.poż.), sanitary-hygienic (san-epid.) and current technical conditions. 1.2. Modernization of the gymnasium hall together with ancillary facilities, 1.3.
