Preparation of appraisal reports, part 10 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of expert services consisting in preparing appraisal reports. Size/Scope: Preparation of appraisal reports concerning the determination of the market value of the right of ownership of residential premises property, including the associated share in the land, for the purpose of exchanging for land properties (for 5 residential premises) and preparation of appraisal reports concerning the determination of the market value of the right of ownership of property and/or the right of perpetual usufruct for the following purposes: exchange (for 3 cadastral plot lots), acquisition free of charge (for 5 cadastral plot lots), sale of the right of ownership of land property to the perpetual usufructuary (for 5 cadastral plot lots), updating the annual fee due to perpetual usufruct (for 26 cadastral plot lots), and establishing a one-off remuneration for the establishment of a limited property right (for 7 cadastral plot lots). 2.
