TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of consumables (e.g. absorbent cotton, flasks, bottle caps, filtration papers and cuttings, foils, indicator strips, hypodermic needles, syringes, beakers, Petri dishes, glass bottles, labeling tapes and labels, bags, gloves, microscope slides, etc.). The outcome of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework purchase agreement with one supplier for a period of 24 months. The contracting authority states that in this case it is not a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the ZZVZ, but rather an unnamed contract with a framework element.
