TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the SPR contract (automatic high-pressure extinguishing system contract) for the "Metsälä" L-building at Honkalampi. The contract area is located in the L-building of the Honkalampi center, completed in the 1980s and called "Metsälä", where a unit providing round-the-clock service housing referred to in section 21 c of the Social Welfare Act operates. The contract area will accommodate residential places for a total of six (6) clients as well as shared facilities of the building and section. All rooms in the building are designed to be accessible, including sensory accessibility. A more detailed description can be found in the contract specification.
