TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of this Public Contract is to conclude a Service Provision Agreement including annexes (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), the binding template of which forms Annex No. 3 of this Tender Documentation. Based on the Agreement, the selected supplier will implement the subject of the Public Contract, which consists of services ensuring the comprehensive management of the Public Lighting System, which is owned and managed by the Contracting Authority, including services involving Maintenance of the Public Lighting System, Maintenance of Other Equipment and Special Lighting, Maintenance and Operation of the Christmas Light Decoration, Repairs of the Public Lighting System, Operation of the Dispatching Center, Fulfilling the Role of the Public Lighting System Guarantor, and Regular Updating of the Public Lighting System Passport (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
