1. The subject of the contract is the provision of investor supervision together with other activities related to handling and settlement for the project entitled: Support for oncological rehabilitation at the West Pomeranian Oncology Centre. 2. The subject of the contract constitutes a service of providing investor supervision by a multi-discipline Team of the Investor Supervision Inspector, together with formal, legal assistance, reporting and settlement of the Project in accordance with the content of the co-financing agreement, during the implementation of the following detailed tasks: Task No. 1: Construction of the Oncology Rehabilitation Centre building together with site development.
