TENDER DESCRIPTION

The preparation of technical studies and documentation, the Technical Project for Authorising the execution of the works, the Technical Execution Project and the Execution Details for the investment objective will be carried out on the basis of the actual situation on site. The designer shall present how the services to be provided in implementing the project will comply with the principle of “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH - “Do No Significant Harm”), provided for in the Commission Communication—Technical guidance on the application of the principle of “Do No Significant Harm”. To improve the process of designing, coordinating and monitoring construction works, as well as the maintenance activities during their operation, the designer will prepare the documentation using BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and integrate the principles of NEB (New European Bauhaus).
