TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy requests, on behalf of the Pirkanmaa Welfare Services County (Pirha), tenders for the testing and scheduled maintenance of sprinkler and gas fire extinguishing systems, as well as minor additions and modification works for sprinkler systems at sites under the operational responsibility of Pirha’s Real Estate Management and Facilities Services division. The sites under the operational responsibility of Pirha’s Real Estate Management and Facilities Services division may change during the contract period so that sites are removed from the scope of operational responsibility or new sites are added to it. The framework arrangement includes the possibility to commission works referred to in this request for tender also at sites that later fall under the operational responsibility of the division, in accordance with the terms of the framework arrangement. It is possible to familiarise oneself, prior to submitting a tender, with the sprinkler and gas fire extinguishing systems at Tays Central Hospital during the period 10.–11.9.2026.
