TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tuomi Logistics Ltd. requests offers on behalf of the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county (Pirha) for testing and scheduled maintenance services for sprinkler and gas extinguishing systems, as well as minor additions and alterations to sprinkler systems for sites under the maintenance responsibility of the Pirha Real Estate Management and Facilities Services business area. The sites under the maintenance responsibility of the Pirha Real Estate Management and Facilities Services business area may change during the contract period such that sites are removed from the scope of maintenance responsibility or new sites are added to it. The framework arrangement includes the possibility to commission the works referred to in this request for tenders also at sites that later transfer to the maintenance responsibility of the business area, in accordance with the terms of the framework arrangement. It is possible to inspect the sprinkler and gas extinguishing systems of Tampere University Hospital (Tays) Central Hospital during the period 10.–11.9.2026 before submitting a tender.
