TENDER DESCRIPTION

Correction of entries in the land and buildings register regarding land use on plots located in the locality of Sierskowola, Ryki commune The subject of the contract will be geodetic works intended to restore land uses and soil quality (bonitation) classes on plots identified by the following identifiers: 061604_5.0026.103, 061604_5.0026.108/2, 061604_5.0026.109, 061604_5.0026.110, 061604_5.0026.189 within the administrative area of Sierskowola, Ryki commune, in order to eliminate an error in the maintained land and buildings register consisting in the incorrect disclosure of the “K” land use on the above-mentioned plots during the land and buildings register modernization works for the administrative area of Sierskowola. The total area covered by the study is 4.8515 ha. The prepared geodetic documentation is intended to correct the data changed as a result of modernization, while preserving the boundaries and area plots of the cadastral plots, and without interfering with entity data. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract together with the requirements set by the Contracting Authority has been described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Technical Conditions.
