TENDER DESCRIPTION

**Cleaning of premises and external area – provision of services in the scope of ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in the building and on the premises of the District Court in Kozienice** Cleaning of premises and external area – provision of services in the scope of ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in the building of the District Court in Kozienice, ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 22, and outside it, with an area of: • premises inside the building with a total area of 2466 m2, • external area with a total area of 1070 m2. Within the scope of activities commonly accepted for this type of services in order to ensure the aesthetics of the District Court building, in particular in the rooms used by employees, according to the following rules: 1) Daily cleaning services using the contractor’s own equipment and its own materials on all working days in a given month, on average 21 days per month, also during the course of repairs/renovations including: office rooms, courtrooms, corridors, toilets, bathrooms, stairwells, storage rooms, utility/economic rooms and foyers. 2) The cleaning service shall be performed by persons employed under an employment contract (contract of employment).
