TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the needs of the Contracting Authorities - municipalities and their organizational units as well as other entities belonging to the purchasing group to the points of consumption detailed in the list constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (ToR), under the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law and the executive acts issued based on it. The Contracting Authorities will conclude Agreements individually or on behalf of and for the entities in accordance with the information contained in Annex No. 1 to the ToR. The subject of the contract does not include activities related to electricity distribution. Distribution services will be provided under separate agreements concluded by the Contracting Authorities with the relevant Distribution System Operator. The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity to the indicated entities in 2027, in the amount corresponding to the estimated demand of 11,562,337.630 kWh. 2.
