TENDER DESCRIPTION
Sale of electricity to the Contracting Authority’s energy take-off points, excluding the provision of electricity distribution services. The subject matter of the contract includes the sale of electricity to the Contracting Authority’s energy take-off points, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and implementing acts. The contract covers exclusively the sale of electricity without electricity distribution services provided by the relevant Distribution System Operator (OSD). The supply of electricity will be carried out to specified Energy Take-off Points (PPE) for the Contracting Authority’s own needs.
