The subject of the contract is the purchase of SYNC particle size analyzer based on laser diffraction (LD) with a wet dispersion module with an ultrasonic probe and a camera for particle measurement in the analyzer. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the Specification or TOR – "OPZ". 1.
