1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a detector for backscattered electron diffraction EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction) for studies of crystallinity and phase orientation of crystalline phases in a micro-area 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No 1 to the Terms of Contract, hereinafter referred to as the Specification or SWZ – “OPZ” 1.
