part 1-Lot no. 1: Sale and delivery of electronic equipmentThe subject matter of the contract is the sale and delivery of equipment for the new kindergarten building in Gliwice at Zbożowa Street - a contract in parts (four parts).The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes:a) APPENDIX NO. 4 to the SWZ - Price form along with quality requirements for the equipment (quality requirements for the individual parts, lots, elements of the subject matter of the contract),b) APPENDIX NO. 5 - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract,c) APPENDIX NO. 8 - a contract template.The Contractor sells and delivers equipment that complies with regulations, quality standards appropriate for the given type of articles, products that apply on the territory of Poland, permitted for use on the territory of Poland, as well as products meeting the quality requirements indicated in Appendix No. 4 and other tender procedure documents. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the equipment using its own transport at its own cost and risk.
