Sale and delivery of a body composition analyzer for the Faculty of Health Sciences and Psychology A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ: (a) The proposed assortment must be new, unused, free of defects, and its technical and functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ. (b) The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent tenders. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents, or referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
