TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1: Sale and delivery of an ultrasound device for the needs of the Nursing Institute Detailed description and method of contract implementation are included in the terms of reference (TOR), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ: a) Proposed devices must be new, unused, free from defects, and their technical-functional parameters not lower than those specified in the terms of reference forming Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers. Wherever the contracting authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents, or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or systems of technical references, the contracting authority accepts solutions equivalent to those described.
