Sale and delivery to a Fuel Station of an assortment including: tobacco products, e-liquid for electronic cigarettes, innovative products, vaping devices, parts for vaping devices The subject of the contract is the sale to the Ordering Party and delivery to the Ordering Party’s Fuel Station of an assortment including: tobacco products, e-liquid for electronic cigarettes, innovative products, vaping devices, sets of parts for vaping devices and lighters, in accordance with the list specified in the detailed price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Ordering Party’s Fuel Station at ul. Jolanty Szczypińskiej 36, 76-251 Kobylnica successively, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party, throughout the term of the contract, each time in accordance with the submitted requisition. The template of the requisition constitutes Annex No. 1 to the framework agreement, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
