TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sale and delivery of factory-new, unused equipment/assortment/devices together with software as part of the upgrade of the Main Server Room of the University of Rzeszów. The detailed description and the method of contract performance are provided in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ: a) The proposed equipment/assortment/devices must be new, unused, free from defects, and their technical-functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ. b) The proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical-functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority allows submission of equivalent tenders.
