TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1: Sale and delivery of a multifunction device for the Centre for Academic Media. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ: a) the proposed device must be new, unused, free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ; b) the proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent bids. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or referencing standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described.
