Zadanie nr 1: Sprzedaż i dostawa monitora interaktywnego dla Wydziału Technologiczno - Przyrodniczego

The contract timeline includes the following elements:

• The deadline for submitting offers is September 7, 2026, at 10:00:00 (UTC+01:00).
• The public opening of offers will take place on September 7, 2026, at 10:10:00 (UTC+01:00).
• Offers must remain valid for a period of 60 days.
• The contract will be concluded for a definite period.
• The execution time for each task is a maximum of 30 days, calculated from the date of contract signing.
• Warranty periods are specified per task:
• For tasks #1 and #2, the warranty is 36 months, starting from the date both parties sign the acceptance protocol without reservations.
• For tasks #3 and #4, the warranty is 24 months, starting from the date both parties sign the acceptance protocol without reservations.
• The contract may be signed no earlier than 10 days after the notification of the selection of the most advantageous offer if sent electronically, or 15 days if sent by other means.
• The selected contractor is required to sign the public procurement contract under the conditions outlined in the model contract (Annex 4 to the SWZ), at the place and time indicated by the Contracting Authority.
