TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task no. 1: Sale and delivery of a laptop computer for the Faculty of Health Sciences and Psychology. A detailed description of the subject matter and the manner of performance of the contract is provided in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ: a) the proposed device must be new, unused, free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ; b) the proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent bids. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by specifying trade marks, patents, or by referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
